By accessing or using the Connect Algolia × Klaviyo service ("Service") operated by Solvative ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Connect Algolia × Klaviyo is a plug-and-play integration that bridges Algolia search analytics with Klaviyo marketing automation for e-commerce brands. The Service enables data synchronization between these platforms to power search-driven marketing campaigns.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently in beta. Beta features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or be subject to change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of beta features. During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service integrates with Algolia and Klaviyo. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solvative is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
